These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 8ace platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines to register and use 8ace. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
Each individual may hold only one registered 8ace account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8ace login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access to support immediately.
All transactions on 8ace are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted methods include GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers. Minimum deposit is ₱50. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification.
All bonuses offered by 8ace are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Abuse of bonus offers, including multi-accounting or collusion, will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

These Terms are effective as of the date of your registration and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence, including after any account closure with respect to obligations that survive termination.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use 8ace. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 8ace reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 8ace complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required for identity verification. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on 8ace. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8ace reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein, subject to applicable law.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use 8ace: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally; (c) employees of 8ace or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members; (d) individuals accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8ace login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified 8ace of unauthorized access in accordance with Section 3.2.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 8ace support immediately via live chat. 8ace will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. 8ace is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). 8ace is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
3.4 Account Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on 8ace are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8ace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits. 8ace does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. 8ace does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 8ace account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 8ace is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate 8ace transaction is a breach of these Terms. 8ace reserves the right to suspend your account and recover any amounts subject to a chargeback, together with any associated fees.
5.1 General. 8ace may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 8ace reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 8ace's sole discretion.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on 8ace is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. 8ace is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 8ace will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical error, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 8ace's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 RTP and House Edge. All games on 8ace have a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term return to players as a percentage of total wagers. The house edge is the complement of the RTP. These figures are theoretical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8ace's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8ace account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 8ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 8ace has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 8ace does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

11.1 8ace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 8ace is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) 8ace reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion.
11.2 Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to 8ace.
11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 8ace support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be completed prior to closure.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Regulatory Oversight. 8ace operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaints regarding the Platform's compliance with Philippine gaming regulations may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 8ace, you should first contact 8ace support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
12.4 Complaints. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to 8ace support. 8ace will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavor to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
8ace reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 8ace will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.3.
